Durham Park
We are in the process of creating a neighborhood near the Foxboro and Mansfield town line that will cater to the Baby Boomers who are ready for single floor living. Ranch style does not do justice to the single level homes that we are currently building. Each of these homes are custom built on large lots in this new neighborhood. This style of home is rare in the New England area, with multi-story living the norm for large families. But we have realized that many families are not ready to ‘down-size’ but really don’t want the second and sometimes third floor to deal with.

Stonehurst
Stonehurst is a wonderful neighborhood that we have built in Mansfield, MA. It is near the intersection of Routes 95 and 495, and close to the Mansfield Commuter Rail, as well being a short drive to the centers of both Foxboro and Mansfield.
This neighborhood was designed with the professional family in mind, with high-quality, energy efficient homes that are large enough for a growing family.
